$500 | 2 hours | Monday – Thursday

Policies

In order to reserve a date, 50% of the rental fee and all deposits are due upon signing a contract.
Sixty (60) days before the event takes place, the remainder of the rental fee is due.

Deposits

Security Deposit (refundable): This is due upon signing of contract.  This deposit will be returned after the event, providing there is no damage to the building, property, or building contents, and the stipulations of the contract are observed.

  • $100 – Micro Events
  • $250 – Half Day Events
  • $500 – Full Day Events

Non-refundable Deposit: This is due upon signing of contract. This deposit is credited to your final balance, provided the event is not cancelled. Should the event be cancelled this deposit is NOT refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If client cancels event no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event, client is entitled to a refund of all rental fees, except the non-refundable deposit.
  2. If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to the event date and up until two weeks prior to the event date, client will forfeit 50% of the total rental fee.
  3. If cancellation occurs within two weeks prior to the event date, client will forfeit the entire rental fee, except the security deposit.
